Our shipping policy is based on 3 zones. UK orders are subject to a £2.50 handling charge, European Union orders have a shipping charge of £14.00 per parcel, and the rest of the world will be charged a shipping rate of £17.50 per parcel.
We endeavour to despatch orders the same day as they are placed (up to 3pm GMT) or the next working day for orders placed after this time. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be despatched the following Monday.
All UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail First Class post. All international orders are shipped with the best priced available courier to ensure the lowest possible cost).
We will accept and refund in full, returns for any unwanted product provided that it is returned in the same condition that it was delivered in and within 7 days of it having been received. Please use the contact form to notify us of your wish to make a return and we will then provide you with a returns address. Please note that in these cases the return postage charge must be borne by you the customer.
